I've just graduated out of high school and am now searching for a good college to take online for nursing but I don't know anywhere or anything about taking the first step to entering a college please help me out on some web sites or personal colleges that you encourage for me to check out and tell me whats so great about em'. * Thank you so much*

Go back to your high school and talk to your high school guidance personal. They will be able to help you about Colleges in your area that have nursing programs.
First off you will need to know if the College accept on line credits and if so which ones. Unlikely they will accept any in their core courses like nursing because you have to have clinicial to go along with your classes.
