My favorite comfort food would have to be casseroles of any kind.

Favourite comfort food is macaroni and cheese. Ancestry is German, Dutch, Irish, English, Scottish, Welsh. My dad traced our family history all the way back to Francis Scott Key. I am not exactly sure what relation he is to me, though. Also had some Dukes and Knights in the family.

I am of Norwegian, Swedish, Scottish, Irish & English ancestry.
Comfort food ... something warm, soft and gooey for me. My mom made this Chicken Spaghetti casserole ... very similar to Chicken Tetrazini. Gawd, I'd give my right arm for some about now.

Im from german and indian decent. My favorite comfort food is anything soup or stew. Chicken and dumplings warm my heart also.

Potatoes mashed with cabbage and lots of butter. Colconan, not sure of that spelling but it is irish, as am I.
I also like spareribs and sauerkraut. German as am I.
