What is worse? And why.

I mean like...If you had to choose between a meal that had high calories but low sodium OR low calories and high sodium which ones would be worse for you?

It depends.
Do you need to gain weight? Go for HC/LS.
Do you need to lose weight? Go for LC/HS.

High sodium isn't actually healthy... but, as already stated, it's better than obesity.

If this is so you can figure out an eating plan.... do what they always tell you : go see your doctor.

I was kind of wandering the same thing. Good question. but i'm going to take a guess and say High Calorie/Low sodium is worse. That's just a guess though.

High cal/low sodium I would thing as there are many more complications to obesity than high sodium intake..Mind you it could be a close call as neither are healthy...;
