you can buy premade ones in the condement isle of the grocery store, i have tried many of them, but this is my favorite
i use "A.1. steak house marinade for seafood-roasted garlic with
lemon", i still add a slite hint of hickory smoke, also after injecting the turkey make a rub of minced garlic, finely chopped fresh sage, splash of lemon juice, liquid hickory smoke, and even some of the marinade sauce, and then gently lift the skin from the turkey so not to rip it, and rub this between the skin and the meat, you can do this from the front, or breast end, that is easiest, and i have with patients gotten the rub all the way to the mid breast and wings, then, try doing the same from the other end, a little more difficult, but makes a great turkey. dont season the top of the skin with this as it will only burn the skin, disaster.
make sure you have a good injecter made special for this perpose, and read instructions on it as to the best way to spread the ingredients.
good luck and great cooking

My favorite injectable is chicken broth, melted butter and creole spices. Injectables can sometimes take over the flavor so you still want that poultry taste in there with the chicken broth. Make sure you grind any spices you are using so they don't clog your injector.
Another HUGE tip that a lot of my friends miss is NOT to let your injected fluid get too hot in the cup. Yes, you want melted butter, but not a HOT injection. Why? You'll damage your injector.

try brining your turkey..put the turkey in a bag with water and herbs.this makes the turkey come out juicy.make sure you put some sage and poultry seasoning and as a substitute for water you can use chicken broth..let it soak from 12 to 24 hours
