I recently began a £1 per show program. Basically after 5 mins of a show I ask myself "Is this program worth £1 for me to see the rest?" if I think no then I turn it off.
Now I only watch 2 or 3 shows a week at most - I have broken TV's hypnotic spell! HAHAHA!

watching tv which has flash photography can affect people with epilepsy, as likewise using a pc for too long, one cannot be hypnotised if you're epiletic so I guess tv can cause some hypnotism.
