Well movies is the obvious choice. Though it is really not too cheap. Try shooting some pool it is like $5 an hour.

Ok, what about a romantic picnic somewhere pretty with a decent bottle of wine (or two) ....depending on your age of course.
Don't go to the movies - in my opinion that kind of sucks as a date venue because you just sit in the dark for a couple of hours and come out none the wiser about your date.

Hmm perhaps a free event such as a Christmas tree lighting ceremony or something of that sort. Also bowling is not that expensive.
