Small red itchy bumps on elbows?

I have small red itchy bumps on my elbows they are getting worse by the day and spreading.
Can anyone help??

Experiment with an anti-fungal cream. Try it on one elbow for two days. If it helps, then use it on both, but get checked out for candida albicans fungal infection (yeast). There is some basic information at www.hufa.org - the yeast link.
