its very warm wjere we going and i want to be able to wear a bikini and a pair of jeans we are going on the 18 dec. its now the 20 nov is there any way to loose a bit of wieght and tone up b4 hand.... please help..... i way 135 pounds and i want to atleast loose a bit of wieght and tone up i have just under 30 days.....

Exercise, avoid fattening foods like potatochips, Icecream, and french fries. Eat Grapefruit instead of the above listed items.

I understand shortening boyfriend to bf, I mean it saves like 2 seconds when your typing, but is it really necessary to shorten see to c? You only save 2 letters, and it's a pain in the butt for people to try and read. Just a though. Oh yeah, to answer your question, try exercise.

sign up at a weight loss centre like weight watchers. they can show you exactly what you need to do.

basically, do lots of cardio work outs (get ur heart pumping) and lots of sit ups and crunches, and eat healthy.
