You should probably see a podiatrist. You most likely have a fungus and are some how blocking circulation to your toe. I wouldn't reccomend having it removed and your doctor will probably agree since your toes help you walk. Removing any toe especially your big toe would make it hard to walk and would probably have to go through physical therapy. I think these ladies of yours would find it more disturbing if you were missing a toe altogether!

I would see a doctor to start with, see what the heck it is, some form of infection. Get it taken care of.
What are the girls caring what's coming out of your toe for? do you show it to them, what are you into?

By the way, your big toe is a balance point for walking, you have to almost learn to walk over if it's removed and you'll walk funny so, you'd better hope to keep it Pal.

go to a podiatrist - sounds like a fungal infection - probably something that can be medically treated in a much more conservative way than removal.

Just have a doctor look at it and they will say what they think about it.
