That is totally unreasonable. I have lost well in the last few months...65lbs but its taken 5 months. And that was hard work!!!
Aim for 2 - 3 lbs week but cuting down on portion size, fats and sugars and by exercising...;

OK first of all that is alot to lose in 2 months. I did Atkins and i lost about 20 pounds a month. Some will say that its bad in the long run and i tend to agree. When i went to my post Atkins check up my doc told me that i was doing very well. I was in bed earlier and rearing to go early in the morning. I did not have to take naps and my energy was way up. After i got to my goal weight i began to work out more, stop eating fast and junk food and ate lots of veggies and fruits. drinking lots of water helped as well. there is this drink called diet rite. Kind of taste like Pepsi, but its made with no aspartame, which is not a real good thing that is found in most soft drinks. Don't lose weight too fast. it could go away, but it will come back plus more

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??
There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.
This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.
I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.
This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.
So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

you don't.
do this instead... examine this pyramid brought to you by the government by your tax dollars...
www.mypyramid.gov you can even make your own.. there are also vegetarian and vegan pyramids...
eat right... exercise....
moderate the calories and garbage food... processed foods are a no no... fresh produce is a yes.
do hydrate appropriately also...
you should lose if you stick to this 15 to 20 lbs in two months. this is a safe weight loss by the way.
this diet is also a life long diet where you get the proper minerals, fats, proteins and vitamins... and you won't starve yourself.
nor sell your soul for a donut or whatever it is you love.
you don't have to deny yourself a thing just remember moderate.
50lbs in two months is too much and impossible unless you want to kill yourself or make yourself sick.
don't do that.. if you did.. you'd probably put it all back on plus another 20lbs.. then you'll have to lose 70lbs.
so do it the right way.
programs don't work nor do pills.
so don't fall for their pretty little scams.
good luck.

TAKE THIS VERY SEROUIS...YOU SHOULD NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS!!!
Losing that much weight so fast is not just dangerous, but deadly. If you want to lose weight be proactive...not stupid. Get a trainer, and learn about your diets needs.

My first thought would be to utilize the SlimFast plan during those two months; however, I still stick by my guns when I say that one to two pounds per week is the safest way to lose weight.

You have to go to the gym at least 4 times a week. Cardio machine 45 minutes each time. Drink a lot of water. Eat ealthy. No sugar, no salt, no oil, no pastas, no alcohol. You have to be disciplined but don't prive yourself. You should hire a personal trainer who will give you a good program to follow.
Advice from a personal trainer.
