do you think there are too many commercials in the nascar races,
the current one they are taking a break every 10 laps or so.
iv'e only been able to watch half the race, which is boring. three times they took a break during a green flag run, and the caution comes out they come back tell us the caution came out and then show more commercials, kinda funny because during the prerace show they were talking about lower viewership, gee i wonder why people are not watching

Exactly. I just answered another question similar to this topic. NBC is nothing but commercials and "drama"...they don't care about the sport, they only care about ratings. They take too many long commercial breaks and it gets boring to watch the races, since they keep interrupting it. It's not Nascar that has the low ratings, it's NBC.

I agree. I'm also a football fan so on Sundays I'm always switching back and forth between the game and the race and 100% of the time the race is on a commercial.

It's CRAP. They show the race around the commercials. So I got to watch the Cardinals beat the Lions 17-10. The FREAKIN' CARDINALS !

Too many for the event. But this seems to be what NBC likes to do on all the events they handle.

I know the sport is sponsor-driven, but all these commercials are ridiculous! Your last statement says it all.
