It sounds like the brown was ash based. The blonde would pick up those tones more. Red cancels out green in the hair, so it was fine over the red.

Go to a laundry mat and purchase a small box of Tide. That's right, just good ol' TIDE laundry soap. Tide with nothing else in it!!! It will strip all of the coloring that you have put in your hair. Then you will need to condition, and condition, and condition your hair. I would recommend that you go and get Sauve balsm any type/smell/fragrance and use the heck out of it. Get about two to three bottles of it depending on how long your hair is and use the heck out of it. It will not damage your hair and is a cheap way to recondition it. The Tide will strip the color and dry it out but it will take the green out also. You need to be very careful about dying your hair very close together, time wise. The dying is very hard on your hair, so be sure to condition it always. And when going from light to dark you always run the risk of green!! Now, go get that tide and have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!! Sally Beauty supply stores sells a product which gets rid of the green.. The reason it turned green is the Iron Oxide in the brown dye....It reacted with the blonde. Kinda like when you are a blonde and swim in a heavily chlorinated pool, your hair turns green. It is a chemical reaction to something in the blonde...Go to Sally they can tell you how to fix it.

My sister dyed her hair presently darkish blue with guidelines. She had brown hair formerly and it did not come out as wide, as she needed. She bleached it and dyed it again and now she's satisfied. in case you want to get an rather wide eco-friendly than you do not favor to bleach formerly yet in case you want it in a perfect way, than i might want to propose it.
