You need to just talk to him, and express how you feel, and see if he's even interested in taking it to the next level with you(YOU NEVER KNOW) otherwise you'll bot just be MISSING OUT!!!!

If you want a chance of things working out, you'd better let him move on WHEN HE IS READY!! He may not think going out with you would be the chance of a lifetime that you think it would be. You can't take it to the next level unless you're on the same page and if you try to force it, forget it! It won't work.

First, thats a real shitty thing to want to do and it could end up backfiring on you. Maybe the guy just doesn't like you that way. But if yo want you can try and be honest with him and step up and make the move. If he thinks of you in that way he'll go out with you, if not well atleast you tried and you can know for sure. well maybe tell him how you feel. does he know you like him? try to find out if he likes you at all. maybe make yourself more noticeable or ask him to hang out and then tell him you like him. that happened with me and my first bf and it turned out he liked me also..
