you won't like my answer, but it is the best.
anything can be recycled, plutonium to dirt.
the vaqriables are where is this product, how much will it cost to transport/purify/modify and package for the secondary market and what is the demand of the secondary market?
bull stuff is a great example. there are few dairies that dont have more than they need. most dairies are far enough from cities to transport bs cheaply. unfortunately politicians have solved the problem.
dirt, a shovel ful is a problem. truckloads are sellable, if there is building near by. if you have a landfill, you need bunches of the stuff
ceramics can be put into asphalt, pcb's are a notealbe exceptions.
very little is cost efective to recycle. mostly this is because of transportation costs and laws.

The products that can be recycled depends on your municipality. I can list things that can be recycled but what you can recycle depends on where you are.

metals, glass, paper, cardboard, plastics, oil, etc
