It could be haemorrhoids or an anal tear/fissure, you need a medical examination to decide which and to rule out more serious conditions. Make a doctors appointment ASAP...;

There are a bunch of things that can cause blood on the toilet paper/in the toilet (hematochezia):
hemorrhoids
anal fissure
infectious colitis
ischemic colitis
diverticulitis
colon polyp
colon cancer
inflammatory bowel disease
hernia/bowel strangulation
arteriovenous malformation
Of course these depend on other symptoms. It's always a good idea to see your doctor, no matter what, if only for your own peace of mind.

Sounds like constipation has brought on a bout of piles, they come and go and if you get some ointment for it they could clear up in a couple of days. I would still visit the doctor just to be on the safe side.

could possibly be piles, go to the chemist and get some hemorrhoid cream, if that does not work try eating more fibre perhaps you are straining too much, if that fails then go and have a word with your GP, good luck

more than likely you have haemorrhoids (piles). these are believed to be related to either constipation or stress-related symptoms. its always wise to get this checked out in case the bleeding is coming from higher up in the bowel. This could be irriitable bowel or crohn's disease if the symptoms are going on a long time. Best to see your GP and get him to check it out.
