ok so i want to feel healthy and fresher....what would be a good diet plan for the next couple of days or anything to cleanse out my body to feel refreshed and healthier cuz i feel like crapp

Drink plenty of water, eat small healthy meals, dont eat red meat for a while and eat plenty of high fibre foods. That should do the trick in a couple of weeks. Dont be tempted to take laxitives, that will cause you more problems than it would solve...;

a better diet, if you smoke, stop because not only does it show on the inside it also shows on the outside. get out and exercise. try to stay away from fast food. that crap will do you no good. drink lots of water and eat some fresh veggies and fruits and take a vitamin every day. going for a simple walk might help as well

You don't need anything special to cleanse your body other than what's called 'eating clean'. Remove and sugars, white flours, processed foods and eat only whole, high fibre nutritious foods including lots of fruits and veggies. And lots and lots of water (2-3 litres/day).

eat only fruit,vegetables,salads and yoghurt for 3 days!!!you feel better on the third day

WATER-the miracle liquid
FRUITS-can you say antioxidants?
VEGETABLES-vitamins, you kindof need them
DARK CHOCOLATE-one word. yum. and it can help relieve high blood pressure as well as baby aspirin
