He may have some kind of kidney issues/kidney failure. He needs to go to a vet ASAP

Take him to the vet. From the sounds of it it is possible that he has diabetes. Drinking lots of fluids is a really good sign of this. Keep a sample of his urine from first thing in the morning bring it in to the vet they can do the test right away.

If your dog has increased drinking and urination he should be seen by a vet to be diagnosed and treated. Good Luck.

At 13, he's probably starting to develop various old-age problems, including kidney failure. He should go to a vet - he might not need medication, but the doctor might give a change in diet to follow.

It is possible that your dog might be diabetic. A trip to the vet would not hurt anything, just to be on the safe side.

Could be anything from some infection to kidney failure. You should take him to see the vet.

Take the dog to a vet!!! he/she is probably has kidney failure... let the vet diagnose this and treat the dog.

insulin depedent diabetes. It is called polyurias and polydipisa. It is not kidney failure, but if the diabetes goes untreated, it could lead to that in the future.

I would check with your Vet, the dog has a sympton of diabettes.
