As Muslim I must pay it back because it's prohibited in Islam to not to pay the debet back & for another reason that prophet Muhammad said "a muslim is not allowed to have a fight with his/her brother-friend- for more than 3nights & the better one is this who begins greeting the other" so anyway I must pay it back before the 3nightes are over to be a way of greeting my freind

Yes, friend or foe, a debt is a debt. I don't like my bank anymore, but I still have to pay on the loan they made to me. Plus, if you loaned him your money, wouldn't you still want it back? If you can't stand to talk to him, then put the money in an envelope and mail it or have it delivered to him some other way. You will feel better about yourself no matter what the fight was about.

Pay your debt. I got a car loan through a bank. The bank moved to another town 3 months later....do I still owe for the car?

Yes. Do the right thing.
Wouldn't you expect the same if you loaned someone money?
I find the above post disturbing. Someone would fake a friendship just to get money?

Of course...it's not your money. You can't cancel a debt by not speaking or being friends anymore. If you don't wish to face him, mail it to him. A money order would be proof you sent it, if you need that assurance.
Sorry for the breakup. Friends are not easy to come by. A friend who loans you money thinks, or thought you were special enough to trust you with his money. Think about that and return his money.

What a question. Did the friend get the $20 or didn't he. If he borrowed $20, it has to be paid back, friends or not. It's called doing the right thing.

yes. either you two will make up because you still show them concern and kindness, or at least you wont have to worry about him coming back for tht 20.
now, if i found the 20 on the ground, would i turn it in? no. if i found a diamond on a sidewalk, i wouldnt walk around lookin for whose it is. it's mine now. but if i knew whose 20 or diamond it was, i'd deeply consider returning it.

Yes, for my own sense of self-worth, and because the feelings I have about someone in no way negate any contractual arrangement I've made with them.
In other words, it would be the ethical thing to do.
