You better be careful. Sometimes it can damage a guy's ego if the girl asks him out. Some guys prefer to make the moves, but if he's shy and hasn't had anyone give him a reason not to be (i.e tell him he's good looking) then you might be forced to ask him out if he'll never ask you.

At 15 you shouldn't be worrying about dating. What you should be concerned with at your age is your education.
To answer your questions.
1. Every one is different. What I see in some guys isn't what my friends see.
2. Asking someone out, I'd prefer someone just approach me and be honest.
3. Why you can't get a girlfriend is because your 15.

well your only 15 my guess is your looking at the wrong type of girls for your personality.girls like guys who arent so sure of them selves not so much of pretty boys yes who are good looking but who can be sweet and dont treat them badly if your mates are around tell them all shes your girl,girls like guys who are funny and can make them happy and wont perve at every other single girl ,girls like to have fun to so do things like roller blading? body boarding or surfing? go motorbike rising dirt bike rising that is just fun stuff

girls like a guy who can make them laugh ,who isnt afraid of being themselves.someone who listens.and being kind. i like being asked out by a sweet little note. tell your parents that you would like to take a girl to the movies,skating,or school dance etc.
