People are telling me I should use a defuser on my hair? What is it? and what does it do?

A diffuser is a type of hair dryer. Instead of having a barrel on it like a hair dryer, the air comes of a series of little holes on a round head. It seems to be much easier on your hair and it gives more bounce to it,

Diffuser - a round device that does what it says - it's attached to the hairdryer instead of the usual nozzle, and it diffuses the heat and reduces or eliminates frizz, but not curl.

Its a hair dryer with a device on the end of it so your hair wont frizz...the hot hair doesnt come out as forceful, a softer touch
