There are better learning tools than the internet, especially for a 2 yr. old.

Sit with her and read, sing songs together, anything to get her talking--that's what will help the most :-)

Hello there.
I agree with some of the other comments here and think that there are many other interactive ways you could help your little girl along with her speech and language which don't involve computers or the Internet.
The difficulty is that the child may realise that the interaction she gets from a computer is much more fun than another person.
She is also in control of a computer and it may teach her to become much more self-directed than she should be- especially if she has speech and language difficulties. In my experience, children who are very self-directed/have their own agenda are much more difficult to teach once they are in nursery/school.

That aside, many children with speech delays/difficulties require visual tools to help them learn to communicate as they do not process verbal language or develop speech skills in the normal way.
The Internet can be an excellent way of helping a child learn to communicate if you look in the right places.

As she is only 2, try the ones I've listed below, but do try to remember to limit how much time is spent on the computer and involve her in more human interactions whenever possible.
The first site is BBC's "Cbeebies" there are lots of interactive things to do there together.
The second one is called "Mrs Boyds language games" and is excellent for helping teach speech to young children.
All the best :-)

My two year old loves sesamestreetworkshop.org
There are so many interesting games to play. Some of them will be for when she is a little older. However there is even a peekaboo game. Only one problem is she will want it all the time. My son does. He will sit on the pc chair and ask for Elmo.
