A: because, we want acceptance, we want to be the macho person who says that if i prove them wrong, everyone will listen to me and think i'm right!

Was that a question, answer, or rant?

It is not true followers of any religion who fight. It is the fakes. War mongers are not spiriytually minded people. For the most part they are materialistic people who ran out of things to buy and only the purchase of power is left. These merchants stirr ignorant people whose leaders are as ignorant as they are and then the scociopathic greedy merchants play this little game called LETS YOU AND HIM FIGHT.

the answer is simple. Limit accumulation by any individual. As an example say no one person can accumulate more then 1000 times what the poorest person has. Then there is still incentive and yet it does not become outrageous to the point where people buy power and starve others. Why not limit the competition and play the everybody wins game. I am sure there are other worthy rewards that do not envolve hurting others.
Stop blaming religions and get to the heart of the problem, which is people wearing Rolex watches when there are children with no clean drinking water.

Capiatalism can be limited and still practicesed, it just means if you want to fly arround in space and see pretty things you must take some people with you.

Religion is just a big scapegoat. No scripture actually promotes unreasonable aggression. If you find one that does start burning all those without hurting people untill they are all gone. I have read several and not found one yet. Parts can be talen out of context but only fools listen to crap like that.

I am agnostic, so I do not feel the same emotions that you are describing here. An agnostic simply states that he or she does not know, it is not possible to be wrong when you state that you do not know a thing unless you are a lire. When I say I do not know a thing, how can I be wrong to actually not know a thing and then say it? It's not about being macho or wanting to be right, it is about facts. I tend to look at the world in probabilities not wants. Do I want to live for ever in a golden kingdom where all of my wildest dreams come true, of course I do, I would have to be a moron to not want that, but is it a real place? I can't in good conscience say that it is, because I don't know. No one does really. Whether you call your self an atheist or not, what you truly are is an agnostic in denial.

This fighting starts when people throw labels, assumptions and judgments at each other. This is done by members of all races, religions, political affiliations. It's people!! Some are good, some are not. So the fighting will never stop. Just don't get caught up in it yourself.

there is no need to argue with the strong headed who are confused themselves.the best way is to give it time and a tree is known by its own fruits.you will know who is right by what they produce through their actions in the open and behind closed doors.

While I pretty much agree with you, could you kindly phrase your next contribution in the form of a question?

Buddhists fighting? That isn't something I've experienced. However, I agree with you on the rest.

well, Christians aren't supposed to think they're better than anyone else. actually, we're supposed to put everyone else before us. unfortunately that hasn't been happening. it's the stupid secular culture that's ruined everything, made children unmotivated in schools, etc.

I don't care about proving anything to anyone, I just want others to leave my 'type' alone about it.
