How would a completely Christian world operate if everyone had different amounts of money for working different types of jobs? I mean, everyone can't just suddenly get along for worshiping the same God. People are starving while others are getting fat. And you can't distribute wealth evenly or you'd have Communism where people don't motivation to work as hard.

sure it would. Just like every other group of people there are really really Hippocratic Christians. It's never good enough for some people, even if you worship the same God, it's "where do you worship him" "how often do you worship him" "Who do you go with when you go" "where do you sit when you go"...so yeah, yea hierarchy would still exist.

this isn't to say that all Christians are bad...but like any other group of people there are bad and good...there a a great many good Christians, unfortunately, the bad ones are the loudest.

It seems to me that many (mostly christian) leaders have claimed god was on their side prior to them taking their countries to war, (Blair and Bush to begin with) which sort of leads me to think religion makes war more likely not less. There is a very clear hierarchy in most churches and I can't see how it would vanish if everyone were christian. There are several branches within christianity and they don't all get along.

Economics, or, more precisely, capitalism is (in my opinion) to blame for the inequalities that exist today, at least in the Uk. It is perfectly possible to distribute wealth fairly easily through a fair taxation system. Modern western economies tend to follow the free market principles described by Heyek and Friedman. Unfortunately it only seems to have benefited those at the top. Those at the bottom are as poor as they ever have been, if not more so. As a consequence of having the protestant work ethic drummed into them they accept wages they can barely live on. I don't see much dignity in poverty though. Eventually these people will wake up, unite and take action as they did many years ago at the beginning of the trade union movement. Only when we realise we all need each other will things begin to change.

Rant over.

No our world would be perfect no sin no war no hierarchy. Nothing because when God planned out our world he knew all this would happen. But he decided to have Adam and Eve sin by eating the forbidden fruit. So if he did not plan that our world would be perfect no wrong doings everyone getting the same amount of money since there wont be greed. If you want to know more just read the Bible if you want to read the whole Bible take it a little at the time.

you'd have Calvinist Christianity of the rich defending itself against the more Woody Guthrie Christianity of the poor. You'd have other factional conflicts as well.

Many people would actually be surprised at how different things would be than today's world.

look at history. christians have warred with each other many times. in recent history, US/ England Revolutionary war, US Civil war, WW1, WW2. Have you ever heard of Crusades? That was blatant Christianity seeking to cleanse the world of non-believiers.

Well - we would all be pink rabbits and have floppy ears. That would not matter as we would then have no brains which would be the condition that allowed everyone to turn into Christians!!!

Wow, so you condone the killing of other people based on their religious beliefs?

Think big. If you are a Jew, can you forgive being killed because a christian killed you for killing their so called savior.

If you are Muslim, can you forgive for being killed because you believe in the mecca?

Is it not so hard to believe that you are wrong once you see yourself from one of the other religious points of views?

Please excuse me, while I make a little point here......No offense but Christians are one of the most warring groups in history...If folks didn't convert to Christianity, they were killed.. So, I don't think that's the route I care to take!!!

*LOL*

What on this good green Earth would lead you to think that if everyone were Christian there would be no more wars?
