Yes. Heavenly Father, God, is the Father of all of our Spirits. Christ is our Eldest Brother in that regard. Lucifer was also one of God's early spirits, that is why he is called the Son of the Morning. When God presented His plan for His children, to send us to earth to gain mortal bodies and to learn by our experience to choose the good from the evil, He asked for someone to be the designated Savior in His Plan of Salvation. Jesus responded that He would go and do as the Father had planned. Lucifer said that he would go and be sure that all of God's children returned, that not one of us would be lost. This would remove our agency from the equation and Lucifer was rejected. He being a proud spirit, did not accept God's rejection and rebelled against God, taking 1/3 of God's children with him. They became Satan and his evil spirits to provide the opposition here on earth that we are learning to choose against.
So the short answer is yes, Satan, Lucifer, is not only Christ's brother, but he is our brother as well, as is Christ.

First of all, the Scriptures indicate that the creature known as Satan did not always have that name. Rather, this descriptive name was given to him because of his taking a course of opposition and resistance to God. The name he had before this is not given. His name was not lucifer. The one becoming Satan was, when created, a perfect, righteous creature of God. He is a spirit person, for he appeared in heaven in the presence of God. (Job chaps 1, 2; Re 12:9)
Niether was he a brother of Jesus. As an angel, (Both the Hebrew mal·´akh´ and the Greek ag´ge·los literally mean “messenger.”) he and the rest of the angels were individually created by the Creatour [Jehovah] THROUGH his firstborn Son, “the beginning of the creation by God.” (Mt 22:30; Re 3:14) “By means of him [this firstborn Son, the Word] all other things were created in the heavens . . . the things invisible . . . Also, he is before all other things and by means of him all other things were made to exist.” (Col 1:15-17; Joh 1:1-3)
The angels were created long before man’s appearance, for at the ‘founding of the earth’ “the morning stars joyfully cried out together, and all the sons of God began shouting in applause.”—Job 38:4-7.

Yes, i beleive they were both spirit sons of God, although Jesus was the only-begotten son and helped create the other angels. I don't beleive they have anything in common besides knowing the other one personally, such as when Satan asked Jesus to worship him in return for all the kingdoms of the earth and Jesus refused the temptation by saying at Matthew 4; 10 " Go away Satan! For it is written , it is to Jehovah your God you must worship and it is to him alone you must render sacred service."
If anybody thinks it's crazy to say they're bros, then look at the example of Cain and Abel. 2 brothers and yet totally differnt personalities. Compare 1 John 3; 12.
I'm a Jehovah's Witness

Yes. They both were spirit children of God . . . Christ being the Firstborn. When the Lord created an earth for the rest of us to obtain a body and to learn good from evil, Lucifer rebelled because he proposed the plain of predestination and wanted the Lord's glory. Christ was willing to do the will of the Father. Lucifer and 1/3 of the host of Heaven were kicked out of Heaven.
I guess to someone who believe in the trinity, this sounds impossible. The creation of the Trinity idea was a political not religious decision that also established the Catholic Church. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nontrinitarianism

I don't believe they were brothers. Jesus Christ is God, and Satan was a created Angel called Lucifer. No way they could be brothers.
Latter Day Saints otherwise known as Mormons, believe that Jesus and Satan were brothers, somehow.

no !!! not at all. Satan was an angel in heaven who tried to be like God. being that God is a jealous God, ( which means he doesn't another before or like him) he kicked Lucifer, (Satan's angel name) out of heaven into a fiery pit. Christ is God's son. so, no. Satan and Christ are not brothers. ( i am a Christian)
