Like everyone, I've dated around. I came to a point where enough was enough...and I'm confused. I have been looking for a long term relationship for about two years now. On that note, I have gone on myspace, asked friends if they knew guys, and tried all sorts of things. On myspace, I went through profiles till I was sick of doing so. It seems that nearly every guy who is under 40 in the country is only interested in sex. So, out of curiosity, am I the only guy in college that is looking for a lifelong thing? People keep telling me to wait, but that's not working. So the two questions are (1) Am I the only guy in the age range 18-25 who is looking for a long term relationship? (2) If not, what should I be doing to meet the right guy? Thanks.

At least you are accepting who you are. Maybe the people you are seeking are not truely gay. Maybe your not truely gay. It's kinda hard to be truely gay if you can't commit to a gay relationship and be open about it, right? Thats how I see it. To answer your question...."no your not the only guy looking for mr. right." To mee the right guy, I suppose you should continue to meet yourself and get in complete touch with that and then keep looking occasionally for men that look interesting.

im with you totally. i am 23 and waiting for mr. right to wander through my life. i'm not just looking for sex - i want the whole deal. but doesnt it seem like all the men want out there is a good ride? its frustrating. but anyway, in answer to your questions:
1) if you are, then im not who i think i am - we're in this together
2) the right guy will come into your life because it was meant to happen - dont force it. you'll meet him

good luck
