Ignore wiseguy... prescription medications are exempt from the bottle size/baggie rule. It does require a prescription label in your name.

My mother carries about 3 days worth (2 weeks hol) of medicine in her handbag, but checks the rest of it in. (the sheer quantity will never fit in any decent sized handbag) But she does take a doctor's note and a prescription list just in case she does get questioned. She's not been stopped yet.

carry some music and a e book or magazine to maintain you distracted while taking off. To me it extremely is the worst area of flying is taking off. in case you're close to to the window close it. as quickly as you're extreme up and that they are saying you are able to unfasten your seat belts it extremely doesnt experience like something except you're flying on a wet day or something yet while the climate is effective it wont. Get to the airport early is usually a plus.

You can bring your medicine on board with you, but make sure that each bottle has your name on the prescription. Go to
http://www.tsa.gov and they will have guidelines on what you can and cannot bring on the aircraft with you.

Carry them on!!! Yes you can and I very highly recommend that you do. What if your checked luggage doesn't get there with you? Like Ice Trojan said, label must be in your name.
