Well, what does your doctor say? I mean you had cancer because you are on Tamoxifen so there are chances the cancer can return.

A friend of mine had a breast reduction done and after they sent the tissue to pathology, it came back postiive for the same thing - stage 0 breast cancer. They put her on tamoxifen as preventative and she does seen an oncologist. Your dr should have discussed all of this with you - usually the oncologist is the one who would prescribe the tamoxifen though, so i'm a little confused. But, yes, you should be following up with an oncologist.

try to be seeing the Dr. or Oncologist who prescribed the drug through complications or area impacts. My Aunt had level 0 & is on a similar drug & sees a Dr. each and every few months or faster if complications.

How do you know you have "stage zero"? Biopsy?

You don't "have" do to anything but die, so the saying goes. It's your choice. I personally wonder why you wouldn't you want to see every doc in the world to avoid having that move up to stages 1, 2... 4... and dead.
