Its strange to get that kind of answer so quickly, and my current boyfriend (were almost at a year) said it to me first. After a week... and I was scared that it was moving to fast, that I would get hurt, etc. He told me that he wasn't hurt that I couldn't say it back yet, that he just wanted me to know how much I ment to him. Ask him what saying 'I love you' means to him. If this is something he says to every girl he is involved with, then you dont have anything to feel worried about. On the other hand, if he really means it, you have to ask yourself 'Could I ever feel this way about him?'. If the answer is yes, then I would stick it out for a while. I did, evaluated the situation and my feelings, stopped being afraid, and realized that I loved him back. I feel like its the best decision I have EVER made. But if you decide that this guys is not someone you could ever love, you need to sit down and explain it to him now, before he gets hurt. Explain to him that you dont feel the same way yet, tell him it might take time, and then try a few more dates, with him already preparing himself mentally for a possible let down, and then just gently pull him aside, and tell him that as much fun as you have together, that you feel like you would both make better friends then something so serious. Tell him that he is a great guy, stoke his ego a bit so he isn't crushed. Good luck.

Tell him u are not ready for a serious relation-
ship just yet, and that no-one can say I love you
in three weeks and really mean it from the heart
and soul as love is committing . See him less
often and communicate with him less if u still
sees that he is deeply in love with you because
no matter what anyone says TRUE LOVE,
takes time.

Hi HeavenLee, There no way a guy would fall in love with a girl in 3 weeks. He sounds like he is looking for mommy... SWEETY, next time he say,i love you, tell him your sorry but you don't feel that way.I like you as a friend nothing else.

He is a black hole of emotional neediness who will, if you allow it, suck you dry and make you crazy.
Let him down. Easy, hard, just let him down. The longer you wait with this type, the harder it will be. If you don't do it now, he will have you bearing his children and shaving the hair off his back before you know it.

I think what he is really saying is "I lust you." I would be honest with him and tell him you think that he is really rushing you too fast and you want to slow this down to a crawl. (or to virtual non-existence)
