I like EVERYTHING about him. He's taller than me, he's cute, and he's my friend. He's everything I want.
I don't have any experience with dating, so I have no idea what to do. Any time I've liked a guy, I just remained stationary, not doing a thing... Can't say that's done very much for me.
Can anyone lend me some advice??

Advice from a guy: big mistake! Do NOt Stay STATIONARY. u've got to move so he can move, ya know. Like in chess....
if he doesnt know u like him or find u appealing and charming then he'll lose faith. U've got to make him love u...u cant just stand there or let time decide. U CAN DO IT lol,sorry.
all u hav to do basically is not stay stationary, and flirt/talk to him about wutever like personal stuff....thats always a good topic lol.

After reading this I can totally understand everything you've said and I can relate to all of it. I recently had a problem like this. My best advice is to not tell anyone except maybe 1 friend that you can truly trust because believe me there's a big chance he'll find out from others. But try flirting with him and talking to him a little more. Try to get to know him a little more, talk about something that interests both of you (if you can). As long as he seems to be liking the extra attention, when you think the time is right ask him something like, "If I liked you might you like me back?" or just go for it and ask him out. The worst part of this situation is that it might ruin a friendship. If you want to take this risk go for it. I did this but my guy friend didn't think it would work out but he still wanted to be friends, and we have had an even closer friendship than before. Hope every thing works out!

that depends on how badly you want him to know....
first try talking to one of his friends about it. see if maybe he likes you back.... make sure the firend knows you like this guy, so maybe he will tell him..... then try dropping suttle hints, like smiling at him for no apparent reason. and when you two are alone to together ask him about something he is really interested in. and even if you dont care very much about it, at least pretend to be interested, and listen to everything he has to say. and if you can relate to anything he says, let him know. and when he is upset about something tell him that you are there for him and you would listen if he ever needed anyone to just sit there and let him talk.
and touch, believe it or not touch is a very reassuring thing. maybe he already has speculations that you like him. next time you guys hug or something, linger a little longer than usual. but not too long. and give him compliments. guys love to be told how great they are.
and if worst comes to worst, just sit him down one day, and tell him flat out how you, and then ask him what he thinks about it. he may say he doesnt know or he needs time, so give him that. in the end everything will work out exactly how it is supposed to.

If you guys are in that level of friendship where u guys can tell each other everything then it should't be that hard and this time don't be stationary make a move that's comfortable for u and him.

Look for signs, does he call you often, how close of a friendship do you have. Is it worth maybe making the friendship uncomfortable if he is not interested in you? Then go straight for it. Ask him how he feels. If he wants to bring the friendship to the next level. it is always best to be direct and honest.

well, get closer to him (friend wise). then you can invite him somewhere as a friend ( like the movies)..and then something'll happen.
i have the same exact problem. so it's not like i have any experiance, this is just what i've done so far lol

yeah instead of just standing there go for it let him know that you are interested in him and want to be more then friends and if he doesn't like you that way then go for someone else
