What is a fast car for under 14k that is 2002 or newer?

I am bored with my 95 accord, what is a nice fast car for around 14k?

I have been looking at WRX's, RSX, Civics, and Mazdas, but cant seem to decide, I need some help!

What would you guys reccomend?

You get a 2002 Camaro Z28 in your price range, but I imagine you want a rice rocket. A big V8 is nice though, but we both know the quality is not really there, and they can be kinda fugly to some.

WRX - probably driven really hard
RSX - Type S may still be out of price range
Civic Si - no low end, but will run forever
Mazda - Protege underpowered - Miata kinda feminine
Prelude - not made in 2002, but I would do even if it is older
300zx - pretty, V6, but too old (1996) - maybe keep the Honda and spend only like 10k on a nice one of these

I say forget the year (unless financing will be too tough) and get the prelude or an older 300zx (twin turbos are fast, but expensive to fix and insure).
