The actual tattoo design should have some sort of meaning for you and something that will keep it's meaning for years to come. If not you may end up regretting it in the future. In choosing a design do not act on spontaneity. Take your time seriously thinking about this. Everyone can give you suggestions to inspire you but what's classy and sexy to them may not be to you. Ultimately the decision is yours.
Classy and sexy can be applied to any tattoo design. Look on the net for different ideas. Talk to the artist him/herself to have something drawn up especially for you. Choosing a design is the most important part of the tattoo experience. If it just doesn't feel right then wait.
As for placement, try applying a couple temporary tattoos in different spots to see if you like it. If you can't wait for the tattoo to fade then you know that's the not the area for a permanent one.

Classy tatoo, isn't that a contradiction in terms? Let's see, theres always the heart with the arrow through it with your ex-husbands name on the heart, that isnt used much. Theres the snake around the arm and the skull.
Probably your best bet would be to get a tatoo of a cow or pig and have them say "I'd eat you if I could, so you might as well eat me."
Sort of like a "rage against the vegetarian machine" type thing,

do not get that - that is tacky:)
tattoos have to be something you chose yourself...do not take pictures off of the net as that is stealing someone elses design which is probably very personal to them (it has happened to me and it is not very nice)
simple shapes and black lines (not tribal designs) can look absolutely gorgeous
(fairies, dragons, fire and roses are very very overdone)
flower tattoos are fantastic if you look into the idea and get a tattoo artist to draw up a design which you like!!
a great place to get a tattoo is on the back on your thighs just below your bum... noone can see it there and it is a large area that you can work on!!

I thought of an idea for a tattoo. It was a gothic cross wrapped in tribal designs and flowers (roses pref.) located on your side maybe continuous down the leg. You can tell your man that he can be assured that he is going to go to heaven, just for the night anyway. ;)

i think you should look online (like google) and get some ideas there. NEVER EVER pick one of the tattoos thats on the wall of the tattoo parlor. u can also ask the artist to draw something for u. describe if u want a flower or butterfly, and then they can elaborate on it.

if i were you i would get a belly boutton peircing instead. but.... if you get a tatoo get it on your lower back. i think a heart would look cute! well good luck!!
