i have been paid to much pention credid by no fault of my own as i dont understand these forms they say now they have paid me since my hubby retiered 553 pounds over i are willing to pay back but cant afford all this at once will they let me pay small amount each week out of my pention .they could have let me know before waiting 6 months to tell me.

they will probably just take a little from your pension each week. They can't expect you to pay it all back at once. The tax credits usually do that so I can't see why the pension credit wouldn't do the same.

Start by observing the word is actually spelled "pension". Have someone spell check for you.
Grammatically correct responses, accompanied by proper spelling, go a long way toward being taken seriously by any agency or clerk.

Go to a citizens advice straight and they will help you sort it. All the Governments credit depts are in disarray. Put payments back to one dept problems like this wont happen
