to get a custom prosthetic/latex nose to put over my original nose (which i really hate)
instead of doind surgery?

Ask Michael Jackson, he can hook you up with one of his extras, I think your skin may be a little dark for a good color match.
You should Thank God that with all the problems in the world, all you have to worry about is something as silly as this,
you have an unbelievably blessed life and apparently you're too self centered to even recognize it,
why don't you consider volunteering at a vets hospital or an old folks home so you can learn to appreciate what you have by spending some time with folks that are struggling with 'real' problems

First of all, identify what is it you hate about your nose. Is it the upper bridge where it connects from that to your forehead? Is it the bridge, (does it have bumps etc.) Is it the tip that is too turned down or turned up? After you find what you don't like, you can go to a doctor and sound more professional by saying something like 'I have been very interested in trying to even out the bridge of my nose without surgery. Is there a way to do this?"

yes so that you can make sure thats really what you want. And if it isnt right the first or second time it can be changed easier than surgery. If you get it perfect and u really like it then maybe u can think of surgery later down the line and u will have a mold already for what u want. gl

I think that's a bad idea! it could be uncomfortable and people would definately torment you way more with that on your nose -- If you are unhappy with your nose save the $$ and get the surgery...What you're thinking of doing will only make it worse!
