I have a whole picnic ham to fix for Thanksgiving.......How??

Question

It weighs 18 pounds and is already fully cooked. How would be the best way to fix it? I got picked to bring the ham this year and I want it to taste good. Would a glaze make it better? Please give me some ideas. Thank you.

Fully Cooked Ham: A fully cooked ham is ready to eat and does not require cooking before eating. It can be unwrapped, sliced and served immediately. A fully cooked ham can also be heated to produce a richer flavor. To warm a fully cooked ham, remove its wrapper and if necessary, trim rind and fat.

Place the ham on a rack in a shallow pan with the cut side down.

Add approximately one cup of water to the roasting pan.

Place ham in roastin pan. Score surface of ham with shallow diagonal cuts, making diamond shapes.
Combine 1 cup brown sugar, 3 tbsp. maple syrup and 1 tsp. ground mustard; rub over ham and press into cuts.
Cover and bake at 325* for 2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140* and ham is heated through.

My wife has always put it in the oven and used coca-cola , brown sugar,and pineapple. She puts it in a roasting pan. She rubs it down with the brown sugar. Then places the pineapple on the top with toothpicks to keep them in place. Then she pours the coke over the top. Sometimes she mixes the brown sugar and coke together it seems to save time. Finally she cooks it at 300 for about 1 hr. or more. Good luck
