Roast Turkey with Sage Butter -- there are only 4 of us, and we only eat the white meat, so I'm using bone-in breasts instead of a whole turkey.

Mashed Potatoes -- I think I'm going to use Yukon golds and probably put in some roasted garlic.

Green Beans Amandine

Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with Pecan and Marshmallow Streusel http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,1977,FOOD_9936_24841,00.html

and Cranberry Vanilla Creme Brulee for dessert!

The stuffing recipe is AMAZING! StoveTop has nothing on made-from scratch stuffing! If you've never made your own, I highly reccomend it! I made it last year for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and we're having it again this year! This particular recipe is great because you can do everything but bake it the night before. We're trying the turkey recipe that comes from the same menu for the first time this year, and it should be equally as yummy!

No one in my family really likes pumpkin pie, so for the last few years I've made this creme brulee instead. Creme brulee is one of those desserts that sounds and looks really fancy and complicated, but in reality is actually quite simple to make. I use the canned cranberry sauce for mine, and it is fabulous!

The sweet potatoes are a new one this year, but I saw them on TV and decided that I had to try it!

Happy Thanksgiving!

My family said :NO TURKEY NO HAM so I am doing a loin of pork with mashed potatoes , mixed vegetables for the veggan, macaroni and cheese for the vegetarian, sweet potatoes for my taste buds and whatever I can think up between now and thursday. The fun will be in having everyone around the table no matter what I serve.
