Unfortunately, it is difficult to answer in a written form. I suggest you go on the web and search 'Russian Federation Radio' and just have a listen for yourself. It doesn't matter that you don't know what they are saying, just enjoy the accent. Also, there are a variety of dialects and accents across Russia, just as in the US a Bostonian does not sound like a Texan, nor a Baton Rouger. In the UK, for a rather small country we are blessed with a massively diverse number of accents (not just Scot, Welsh & Irish).

Wow, i can't beat an audio file, but Russians have a tendency to make mistakes on the vowels i and e in English. they have trouble distinquishing long and short i and e and so sometimes they make them too long, like a dipthong and sometimes they cut them too short. In terms of grammar, they don't have the word "the" in Russian, so they often are unsure where to insert the word "the" in English. Once they learn English well, however, they can speak it with a very clear accent that can come close to a native speaker's accent.

I, being a Russian, was mistaken by Americans due to my accent for a person from:
Germany
Sweden
Romania
Poland
France (??????)
Plus, some people asked me if I were from New England...
I guess, at least my Russian accent sounds like one of those... ;-)

You know what? If I were you, I would try to Find a Russian D.V.D. Of course in original version. Some Tarkovsky, it is often a bit on the weird side;Who cares? It is just for the sound of it! See? No! Hear?

A russian accessory sounds genuine heavy to me. yet no longer in a bad way nonetheless, i admire the way it sounds i've got in no way heard a youthful woman with a russian accessory so i won't be able to truly answer that. i won't be able to truly think of of any wrong thank you to describe it. the only different element i'm able to think of of is its extraordinarily much the choice of a german accessory. A german accessory sounds genuine tight to me. and that i disagree with it sounding nasally.

Here's an audio file; they gave the same sentence to different speakers to pronounce, so you're getting a somewhat stilted reading. However, it does show various vowel sounds, etc.

It sounds a bit like a record being played backwards because the stress is on the final syllable.
