You have to keep at it! Swimming is a very good full body workout its cheap too.
Why not team up with someone? Go running with someone fitter than you and try and keep up with them.
Keep a log of what you do etc and try to break your records or bad habits!
You have to stick to your routine but try and make it interesting start a sport or a club you can enjoy.
Look for a cheap gym I only pay £30 a month I dont think thats too bad my brother pays £70!
Good luck!

Exercise isn't really much good for weight loss.
Fortunately, exercise is good for you, so it can offset some of the damage you do to your body by losing weight !
Exercise of any kind stimulates muscle growth, whether that's by bulking up (bigger) or toning up (more dense) the muscles you exercise. Muscle weighs more than fat, so the benefits are wasted if you THINK you're not improving, because you're not losing weight.
You will probably feel much more motivated if you change your focus. Worry less about what you weigh, and focus on how capable you are. Throw away the scales (see how far!).
You're probably stronger than you think (you're training with a stone & a half of weight every time you move), so you might get more benefit out of something like a JUDO class, than from pointlessly pushing weights around and cycling to nowhere in a gym. You'll quickly start to se some progress in your ability, and gain confidence from the changes you feel.
It can be good fun too!

Top exercise for weight loss
There is no doubt that you can lose weight without exercise. But with exercising you can speed up the process of weight loss. Exercise mainly help you lose weight in the following ways:
* Burn more calories while exercising
* If you exercise for longer hours, you will be able to burn calories at an high rate for an extended period after you have completed your weight loss session.
* If the exercise places a high enough load on your muscles, they will increase in size, and burn more Calories even when your body is at rest.
This method is an important aspect of weight loss as it makes you to burn more calories at all tiles. Muscle tissue is more "metabolically active" than body fat. With more muscle and less fat, your metabolic rate is naturally higher.
Muscular variation occurs most readily when the load placed on a muscle exceeds about 60% of its maximum contractile strength. This makes weight training one of your best exercise choices, and the most direct path to a sleeker, shapelier body.

Anything that engages all of your muscles is great for calorie burning. Hmmm, lack of funds is a slight problem, but not impossible. Cross country skiiing burns a lot of calories, ordinary housework does too. Swimming and aerobics are great, and you can do both fairly cheaply. Get a tape or DVD for the aerobics. Bicycling is great. Rowing also engages a lot of muscles. If you have room, the cross country skiing machines are good, but expensive, but you might get one second hand fairly cheap. Best of luck! Find the excercises that please you and are fun for you, and you will find success.

Just walking a mile a day will help you if you are generally not very active. Take the stairs instead of the elevator...simple things. Limit your computer and tv time and find things to do like walking around the mall and window shopping. Invest in a pedometer and see how many steps a day your taking and try each day to increase your number. Good Luck...Hope I helped a little!

Eat breakfast anything you fancy but don't miss it. I lost a stone in six weeks when I started although I had to force my self. I stopped eating properly after the death of my Mum and put on two stone.
I think if you skip a meal your body becomes super efficient at storing every possible calorie and when you eat regularly it slows a little! My theory could be rubbish of course. Good Luck xx

You need to do a mixture of aerobic and muscle exercises. It can help if you wear weights on wrists and ankles while exercising. Try reading Body for Life (there is a version for men and women) to get some really helpful ideas for all round fitness and diet. It is really quite motivational!

don't do anything first of all. one way to lose weight in an healthy way is to run everyday for 30 minutes and then do 20 crunches. It really isnt as bad as it seems. For your diet i recomend to eat a healthy breakfast daily and have a simple salad for lunch. Cut down on desert as much as you can and have atleast one fruit a day will keep your body full without adding an extra fat.

I run in the mornings before I eat for about 20 to 30 minutes, use an mp3 player it makes it less boring, also drink plenty of water before you eat and after you exercise. Try and take care of anything else that might be causing you stress, if you have things your worried about then the stress can cause you to hold pounds as well.
