I want to get to know this girl. I try to say hi and smile but she usualy is talking to her friends and doesn't notice me. What should I do?

You have to wait for an opportune moment when her friends are not around. Otherwise, she is under the additional pressure to be almost forced to ignore you, less her friends make fun of her.
You saying "hi" is very powerful. Superb game. One of the best I know. Just have to do it at the right time. After that, it's easy.
IF SHE IS INTERESTED IN YOU. You will know that by her actions, not yours.

I say when it comes to getting her attention, jsut tell her you need to talk to her or walk up to her and say hi. Or call her when you know she might not be busy and say, "I've seen you in the hall and I think I might like you" If she has a bf already, don't say anything at all and wait til' the time is right!

Approach her one day, when she is by herself and strike up a conversation with her. Start by telling her that you are interested in her and that you would like to go out with her sometime.

try to find something in common with her. who knows.. she could be interested and thinks that YOU dont notice her! Good luck!

well dont be shy!but mostly try to get to know her if you understand what i mean.just get loose around her and be more calm.take my advice it could come in handy
