It all depends on how much each person is willing to put into a relationship in order for it to be successful. Most often, it is is a cultural difference rather than a skin color difference that causes a rift. When two people agree to welcome life in a similar way, then the differences are minimal. One person cannot make the other "come over" to his/her side of experiencing life without that other person losing something of themselves. When two whole, and beautiful people take a lifepath that they find they both want, then there is the match. African-American or Caucasion: doesn't matter when you get to that level.

I would think so. I see Black men and Caucasian women together. I also see Caucasian men and Black women together. It will be a tough relationship and even tougher on the kids. Good luck. Pops

Yes, because there are many of us out there that really appreciate the African American male. I for one appreciate their looks, their physiques, and can identify with their struggle in society. I think black men have "flava" that their Caucasian counterparts lack. And the intermingling of the contrasting skin tones I see as autoerotic.

Why "African American" men and Caucausian women?
Why not Black men and European American women?
Why separate the races? Love is love, and that's the way it is.
