then how come when I was in college and I lived in Mexican neighborhood they all would be so happy to have a white tennant becuase they felt I would always pay my rent and be respectful, Im not making this up, I loved my Mexican neighbors but they were vey racist, They would never rent to blacks especially Jamaicans, They liked renting to light skinned latinos and whites esp,,if they could get one

There was also alot of racial dialouge with them about how white people are cold people and how blacks are stupid and lazy, but then they would also say they were ashamed of thier own people sometimes,,they would even cry over this stuff

everybody was always a gringo or a black guy or a chino or a dominican first,and foremost, before they woulod even talk to a person

I think the Mexican culture is wonderful but is sadly drenched in racist ideology,, I just find it ironic how they in turn believe that Americans are more racsit then they are

that is not that they could't that is because they're smarter. and by no potential purely mexican individuals. maximum individuals. i do not learn about all different races, yet i trust most of the toddler boomers and formerly were all experienced workers. To be honest with you hon, most of the mexicans come over are literally not extremely experienced workers they purely type of jimmy and jam issues until eventually apparently good. i recognize some residences in my community that were outfitted somewhat a three hundred and sixty 5 days in the past by alleged experienced problematical artwork and the rules are already creaking. Our community youngster's medical institution is outfitted extremely pathetically. anybody is familiar with that Liberal Arts ranges do not extremely make funds. hence my answer is neither. It doesn't take rocket technology to mow a backyard or scrub lavatories. by how, my brother is a dry wall forman. honestly, replaced into. He can not get a job because he's white and could not artwork for $7/hour in a city in which the time-honored lease is $800-1500/month. This interest could make $18 plus an hour

Agree- but these words can be said for ALL immigrants from every country. We are ALL the same, same DNA - it is Culture that you are talking about and it will take several generations for all of society to blend. By the year 2010 - more then 97% of the world will be of colour. Each generation of immigrants faced similar discrimination, ask around, I know, I am second generation Italian, and believe me when I say, could I tell you some stories! Take care of Yourself first - these things you talk about have been happening your centuries, and they won't change until society learns to accept each others diversities.

It seems so ridiculous to me when people generalize about "the Mexicans" or "the whites" because we are all biologically the same. I am white and live in a border city that is 96% Hispanic. There are weeks that go by where I do not see another white person. I have noticed that of the people that are Hispanic that are not nice to me do so because they are racist. These people who are rude to me do not know I am not a racist person. They think because some white person treated them unkindly, that all white people are the same way. Most of these people who are mean to me look like they are from lower socio-economic backgrounds and are clearly ignorant. I believe the key to curbing racism lies in education. In every race, there are people who are unlikable, but that does not mean everyone of that race is unlikable. I am sorry that you think people who are Mexican are racist. While some are, others are quite wonderful people.

I agree somewhat. You can't generalize a whole race, it's more of a person thing. But I have a mexican friend, who is extremely racist. He makes black jokes all the time. Sometimes he even makes jokes against his own Mexican race. I'm very proud of my race and I've never made fun of it. But then again, I have a lot of pride and my friend does not. Race is nothing but bullsh*t. The racist guys are getting pushed to the side because, they themselves, have NO PRIDE...

After being on this forum since April...and being suspended for asking questions that were proper and within the guidelines. I have decided...the Illegals in America are some of the most RACIST I've ever known!
