If she's a friend just hang out even more than usual do little things like random gifts. If she's not a friend then just ask your friends and some others about her, and eventually word will spread and she'll get the idea.

ha Use "STICKEY EYES!!!!" a top secret skill lol. but no seriously this Works!!!! you need 3 people. the girl, somone else, and yourself. when the "somone else" is talking, keep looking at the girl you like, in her mind she will think " why is he looking at me instead of the person that is speaking. clever guys use this to make girls flustered and get them to like them all the time. trust me it works!
