Yes. Your parent must come with you to the parlor, show proper ID, and fill out the forms. Two of my tattoos were done before I was 18. I think you have to be at least 16 to get it done even with parental permisson though, most parlors won't even let kids under that go into a shop, even with parents. Make sure it's something you will like for the rest of your life though. I've known too many people who have gotten them young and now regret it. Make sure it is meaningful.

Usually you can get a tattoo if you're 16+ with parental consent. That was the case for me. I got mine on my 16th birthday! Just remember what you want when you're 16 and where and what you'll want when you're 35 will be totally different. Keep that in mind when you are picking out your tattoo.

nope its against the law and the tattoist can be charged with bodily harm! No tattoist should do it wether or not your mum is there they will need id. Why should they risk being shut down for your sake. I also think you need to be mature enough to get one, as its there for life, and so you have to be 18.

When you are young I think that they look very "TRAMPISH" Then, when your a little older I think young ladies do it either because they are insecure with themselves or they want to draw attention away from their "fat areas". The WORST is yet to come....Now you are 60 and look TOTALLY FOOLISH and your grandchildren don't want to be seen with u in public!! If I haven't changed your mind yet, I have one other thought. Your body might be nice and firm right now, but tattoos look hideous on fat sagging skin.
