HI there...sometimes loose stools take a little while to firm up after a course of antibiotics which can contribute to the symtpoms. Consider ringing the vet in the morning and discuss this with them.
Some kittens can benefit from a teaspoon of canned pumpkin (unspiced variety) to add fibre to the diet. http://www.pets.ca/pettips/tips-75.htm
If you have been changing diets suddenly this also would cause loose stool symptoms. Changes always should be done gradually over a course of several weeks rather than suddenly since cats digestive system are very sensitive. For example 3/4 of old food mixed 1/4 of new for one week, 1/2 to 1/2 the next week and then 1/4 old to 3/4 new for another week before completing the switchover.

I wonder what you are feeding her?
I have two cats/kittens, just a year old. At 14 weeks they only had dried food (Iams Kitten, if I'm allowed to advertise!) fresh water and twice a week a small amount of tinned tuna or cooked chicken. I was following instructions from the Cat Resue where i got them from as they have much more experience than we do.
They still eat an equal amount of dried food to tinned cat food. One of them did get "loose" when I first introduced more tinned cat food. I just eased back for a while.
You will have to go back to the vet if things dont improve or she will become dehydrated.

When a dog has diarrhea they can be given a tablespoon of pumpkin once or twice a day and it will stop that condition. I don't know if it is ok to give this to a kitten and would not do it without the vets approval. You could call your vet and ask if this is ok for the kitten. If it is ok, ask about the quantity a kitten should have.

It's usually food that's too rich, especially wet food. You can try not feeding the kitten for 12 hours to let the stomach settle, then give dried kitten biscuit only, about 10g four times a day. If they are not keen, the biscuit can be soaked in boiling water to make it a bit more appealing.

I had this problem when i first got my kitten. 1st if you are giving it milk or milk products stop, they cannot digest it well and it will give them loose stool 2nd if you are only feeding it wet food and it is not eating any dry food it will cause it to have loose stools to fix this is simple just mix half dry and half wet food together this way it is getting the bulk from the dry food and will eat it because it is covered in wet food. It could also be the brand of food you feed it i know if i feed my cat 9 lives it will get loose stools. and if your cat is this young be sure to be feeding it kitten formula foods and not adult formula foods.

my kitten was exatly the same, she had loose stools, i phoned the vets and they told me to her off her milk (dont feed her cows milk as it upsets there tummys more kitten milk is best) i then kept her off her wet food and gave her dry she cleared up in a couple of days, i then gradually gave her back a bit of wet food a little at a time. she has been fine ever since.

It could be the food. Some pet foods that are available in grocery stores have all sorts of additives that can cause digestive problems for cats. Try shopping in a pet food store, if that suggestion fits your situation. My personal favorite is Royal Canin.
You might also remember that, once you find a food that agrees with your cat, you shouldn't go switching around. Diet changes can cause the problem you are describing. Find one food and stick with it. It can take a while for things to stabilize. Don't expect overnight improvement.

You may be feeding her food which is too rich for her, this can go on throughout the whole of her life.
A lot of manufactured pet foods have lots of sugar and additives in them, try to get the plainest food possible, chicken and rice, that sort of thing.
