is the weight of the egg going to differ once it is boiled? or is it gonna be the same? since the contents in the egg evaporate (liquid).

Whern an egg is boiled nothing evaporates through the shell so the weight is exactly the same as before. I know because I tried it, weighing the egg before and after boiling. The contents are not, technically liquid as they are glutinous. They change to solid with heat.

I just went and held a boiled egg in one hand and a raw in the other.
Both large eggs. they feel the same .
