I have been taking hair supplements for the past 3 years and here is what I have found.
GNC makes a tablet called "Ultra Nourishair" in formulas for men and women, the pills are taken daily, 2 pills a day. They are HUGE and very hard to swallow, if you have any trouble at all with large tablets, then I wouldn't recommend these. The 2 pills also contain only 1200 micrograms total of Biotin, which is the main supplement needed for hair to grow faster and stronger. You should try to get a minimum of 2500 micrograms of Biotin daily to improve hair's rate of growth and its condition. Even though I took these GNC pills for 4 months, I wouldn't recommend them because they are not the most high quality pills available.
ProCaps labs makes a great supplement called "Hair Skin and Nails" formula, here is the link for that

This is in capsule form and much easier to swallow. This company, ProCaps labs is also extremely reputable and carries pure and effective products.
I took GNC's Nourishair for four months, and supplemented it with extra Biotin tablets daily due to its low Biotin content. I took 2500 micrograms extra Biotin with the GNC pills.
The Procaps hair vites have 2500 micrograms of Biotin in them, and don't really require extra Biotin be taken, but I do take an additional 2500 micrograms of Biotin for a daily total of 5000 micrograms of Biotin.
My hair is growing in thick and dark and quite quickly. My hair used to be very slow growing, but all of these supplements have really made a difference.
The only way to really change the health of your hair is by taking supplements that work internally on the follicle where hair is made, any shampoos or oils or other topically applied things do nothing to change hair's structure, that can only happen with systemically provided support, which means supplements that you take internally.. Keep in mind, regardless of how many or how much you take of any supplement, hair is never going to grow at a "Jack and the beanstalk" type of rate, the most you can hope for is to improve the strength and health of each hair follicle and to see an incremental increase in the rate of its growth.

Ok, there are these pills called GNC Nourishair. It's makes your hair grow faster, but it's like huge pill to swallow!

Also, massage your scalp whenever you wash your hair. It helps the blood going and makes your hair grow faster too.

Keep your hair healthy. A good balanced diet and fitness helps the hair greatly. Wash your hair every 2-4 days. Try to avoid styling/heating products as much as you can. It'll help to make your hair progress a little bit faster.

Get your hair trimmed every 3-5 months to get rid of split-ends. Usual trimming costs 15-25 bucks, depending if you come and visit regularly, the lenght of the hair, and how professional the salon is.

Genetics in your family on hair growth might make your hair grow super fast or slow. My friend's hair grows really fast and she has to cut it often.

Oh, and patience is the key if you want hair to grow faster. I hope this helped. :-)

Trim it regularly. Healthy trimmed hair grows faster than split-hended unhealthy un trimmed hair.

I've heard other things about getting regular head massages because they make alot of blood flow to the head and some how that makes the hair grow faster.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMKru While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Society is into poofy hair...this isn't healthy. You need to condition it well...with good nutrient conditioner...but this will make it flatter. Extra body shampoos and conditioners, heat treatments, curling irons, etc...all damage hair. I used pro-v conditioner, brushed my hair slowly and gently...rather than tearing through it. And only got my split ends and hair trimmed a bit. Diet is big too...I'd suggest taking a multi-vitamin....and listen to other good suggestions....good luck. Talk to people WITH long hair, not the ones that THINK they know.

ooo! yes there is! my hair is really dry, and i started using shampoo and conditioner called Mane and Tail. i started using it and i was instantly amazed. my hair was silky and not frizzy at all. after using it for a month, i realized that my hair was thicker, stronger, and it had grown a whole inch! dont get freaked out, but it used to be used only for horses. their hair was really course, so they would put it in their hair for show. so now, it is sold practially anywhere. you can use it for u, your dog, cat, or if u have a horse! its great stuff. i strongly reccommend trying it.

pass to GNC and get their Hair, pores and skin, and Nails diet. It facilitates all 3 and has extraordinarily much 3x's the Biotin u prefer. Biotin is a brilliant diet/mineral to advance hair n this supplement has quite some it. i take advantage of it n the dude on the community GNC advised me docs propose it for sufferers with balding (yet i dunno how tru that's). yet those supplementations do artwork; my nails have grown like loopy, my pores and skin is almost gleaming, n my hair has grown 2x's swifter.
