How to transfer my dreamweaver files to a cd so that I can view it offline?

don't do it with dreamweaver just burn the contents of the folder with all the files in it onto a cd

If the files are on a webserver you will have to pull them down first

As long as there is no server side stuff in there it should work just like the web page
