if the man is a good fren/close fren or co-worker says to the lady " you look very beautiful today," out of the blue . does it mean anything or just a random thing

It's tough to call without actually being there to see a given situation. It could just be an innocent compliment, or maybe he does want something more. To find out exactly what he wants, look at the context of the situation. What is his tone of voice like? Are you two the only ones around at the given moment? Have you seen him doing this with other women at work? The answers to these questions will give you an idea as to what is going on.

Depends if he shows any other signs, then mayne it does mean something, otherwise maybe he just noticed that you looked really nice and just wanted to tell you.

it all depends on how he says it ..if he just says it to make conversation and no eye contact means nothing......but if he gives eye contact and is smiling..it most likely means he likes u
