Well, sorry, I don't know how I could help, but just keep contact to her for a long time. But for god's sake keep your nerves! It's even worse for your cat when she notices that your afraid of her to die. She would feel that. Try to take a deep breath and then go to her. Talk to her! I don't know how weird she's acting but I don't believe that it would kill her. In my opinion she hasn't licked too much of the oil so that she's just... like under drugs you know. But when the substance loses it's power, she will get normal again. I don't know how it'll affect her babies though... but try to clean her fur and to get the oil out of it. Because when she turns normal, she would probably want to clean her fur. But first of all you have to try to keep your nerves! I know it's hard. If you want to talk to somebody,... you can write to me night and day. so here's my email adress: biriczeli@yahoo.de I know it's hard to have to think that the beloved cat could die. My cat died last year. He was eighteen years old. And we were told, that we were born the same day.... Well, I ll be there for you if you need help, advise or simply a friend

There should be an emergency office open (most cities have one!) then you must take it there even though it will cost a bit more. If you live in a small town without an emergency vet then call the humane society or any pet adoption organization in your area . People who work for these places will help point you in the right direction.
I know id do it for my cat because he is like my child and companion in life , aside from my hubby :-)
Good Luck!

You need to get your pregnant kitty to the vet ASAP. Is it possible she was hit by a car, bike or some other injury?
You'll have to find an emergency vet. If you call your vet, they should have an emergency number on their voicemail message. It will probably be an emergency vet in your area. They are expensive, but waiting may hasten whatever is happening.
Seems like these things ALWAYS happen at night or on the weekend- must be Murphy's Law of Pet Ownership. Good luck!

Look in the phone book for an emergency vet. They usually either have an office you can go to or will come to you. First thing I thought was if she was pregnant she just gave birth. Is she close to delivery? But the smell like car oil is troubling. I'd search for an emergency vet number before anything.

How far along is she in her pregnancy?

The only thing you can do right now is wait until tomorrow to take her to the vet. Are you sure the black stuff on the back of her legs is oil (and not blood?)... It sounds to me like she got into the garage. Just keep her inside and take her to the vet first thing in the morning. If she's about 9 weeks pregnant, then maybe she's about to have her kittens.

First of all clean her off with Dawn soap and then try your best to make her throw up I know it sounds brutal but id she did lick off the oil then you need to get it out of her system you can try feeding her grass and I know that sounds really wierd but grass make kitties throw up and usually they eat it on their own when they don't feel good Good Luck!

Can you look up the home # of your vet. In a small town a vet probably won't care if you call them at home. I would do it.

bath your cat with original dawn dish soap(blue) to clean it off! she's not going to like it much, so be prepared to get scratched! the sooner you get the oil off, the better! hope i helped you out some!!! if she still acts weird Monday, take her to the vet.!!
