Your skin will maintain a more natural balance if you do not do that so often. Sun coffins put a lot of age on your face. Haven't you ever seen those women in their forties who look like a leather tote bag? Their skin is also the color of spiced mustard. Eew.

If I were your mother, I wouldn't let you do it.
You're just a child and you're just setting yourself up for a higher risk of cancer (not to mention premature aging). Besides, going every day is a lot.

I started tanning last year and I did like you. I went everyday for 20 minutes at a time. I was reading a magazine one day and I came across and article about tanning. There was this 19 year old girl who had tanned and had gotten skin cancer not thinking it could happen to her. Just then I realized that I needed to stop because my health was more important than the way I "looked." So I use lotion because I don't care about it because I would rather be alive and kicking then loosing half my face because of skin cancer in the name of vanity. If people don't like you for who you are and you have to be superficial to fit in, then you should know they are not your friends.

If you start tanning at 14 by the time you're in your twenties your skin will look leathery. I used to go to the tanning bed all the time and I stopped going when I saw this lady that had all kinds of skin problems and melenoma from going to the tanning bed all the time.

tanning beds are dangerous and if you use them as often as that then yes, you will ruin your skin. if you feel like you have to have a tan, get a fake one. Just remember, its not only all the skin diseases that your at risk too, but tans will also catch up to you, you'll be really wrinkly by the time you're only like 20. Value your skin as it is now because although it may look great now, just give it time

Sorry but I don't think you should be going to a tanning bed. It will ruin your skin. But you could try self tanning lotions or sprays that you could get almost anywhere.

Yea you could be in higher risk of getting skin cancer. tanning almost everyday is not healthy
Tanning beds make you look Orange and look fake. Don't do it just to fit in. If you have to be tan to fit in, the people that you are trying to fit in with are fake.

I know you're going to hate to hear this, but it is very dangerous. A lot of my friends tanned and still tan constantly even though we're in our 30's. One friend developed melanoma on her nose when she was 26. Luckily after a couple surgeries they got it all. And she still tans. *rolls eyes*
Just be yourself. If people only like you because of a tan, they're not really friends.

I would suggest using spray tan when you are old your skin will look desgusting. I have plenty of friends and i am white, if the only way you fit in is by being tan chances are your "friends" don't even really like you...... Your skin will be very wrinkle and your chances of getting skin cancer will be veyr high.

Overtime your skin will suffer irrepairable damage...Unfortunatley for the person tanning you never look dark to yourself and go daily..To everyone else you look like dried tobacco leaf...Little lines, moles begin to appear over time... If you want to have skin like a dried out old leather skinnd rattle snake ..indulge yourself...But a snake sheds its skin and you can not.....I know i DID that tanning bed thing for a number of years...It was not til i ran into someone else with the same obsession that I truly saw myself.... I have never gone back... She does and looks like hell
