The red-fronted serin is a member of the finch family as Serinus canaria) canaries. But prevent inbreeding mistakes before they happen. A little research would help. Yes I believe inbreeding will take affect, but you need to look on down the line.

As a general rule crossing bird types, give offspring that are ferile however some crosses can still produce offspring
